Service Description
Join us for a special breathwork session in honor of the spring equinox, a time of renewal and rebirth. As we welcome in the new year according to ancient traditions, we will use the power of our breath to release any stagnant energies that have accumulated over the winter months. Through a series of guided breathing techniques, journal burning, and guided meditation, we will clear out old patterns and beliefs that no longer serve us, making space for new beginnings and a fresh vision for the year ahead. What to expect: - Grounding ritual - Deep energetic cleansing breathwork - Energy touch healing / reiki - Soundbowls - Journal prompts and burning - Guided visualization for the year ahead - Integration with tea Get ready to connect with yourself on a deep level, ignite your inner fire, and step into the light of a new season with clarity and purpose. All materials will be provided. Dress comfortable.

*No Refunds for Circles, Breathwork classes, or Workshops! Incase of emergency, please email me and we can credit you for a future session. *If payment is required before the event and Intuit cancels, you will receive a full refund. You may cancel personal appointments without charge up to 24 hours prior your appointment. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. If you do not email to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service.
